We at Millennium Rehab know that it is important to keep quality
clinicians in our community! We also know that many students and
recent grads are extremely burdened by the financial investment it
takes to become a rehabilitation professional.
Millennium Rehab would like to extend to you our tuition assistance
& tuition forgiveness program called SHADES.
SHAring Degree Expenses with Students!
SHADES was created as a way to reward hardworking students who
begin their careers with Millennium Rehab and agree to provide
services here in Northeastern Arkansas. We offer two types of
assistance:
*TUITION ASSISTANCE: If you're a fourth-year student, you may
be eligible for up to $5,000 in tuition assistance a year. Payments are
made directly to your institution at the beginning of each semester,
with a maximum allocation of $2,500 per term.
*TUITION FORGIVENESS: If you're a fifth-year student or a new
graduate, you may be eligible for up to $5,000 in tuition forgiveness.
With this option, we help you pay off existing college loans!
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
SHADES is available to students who are either currently enrolled in
or are recent graduates of an accredited degree program for:
Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Speech-Language Pathology
To be eligible, you must not have an employment commitment with
any other assistance provider.
